Registered Nurse Advisor
Step into birthwork with confidence. This 12–16 week mentorship program is designed for new doulas passionate about birth equity and reproductive justice, centered in community and uplifting the voices of those giving birth and their families. Through live group sessions, 1:1 coaching, and practical resources, you’ll gain hands-on skills training, real-world insight, and a supportive network. You’ll learn to navigate births, support families in the early postpartum weeks, and grow as a grounded, confident professional.

Through personalized doula care, childbirth education, and partner-focused workshops, we help families feel informed, confident, and deeply supported. When everyone else is holding the baby, Hands That Hold is here to hold the birthing person—offering steady, compassionate care where it’s needed most.
